Terms and Condition

Please read these conditions carefully as they, together with the specific information about your confirmed transfer, form the basis of your contract with us detailed on your confirmation email.

Any references to 'we', 'us' or 'our' refer to Krabi Phuket Capital Transfers. Any references to 'you' and 'your' and ‘passenger(s)’ include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.

Payment

A contract between us and you exists once payment has been made to us. No contract will exist until all monies have been received by us in full.

Where a booking is made by telephone, the booking is subject to, and the client accepts, our Terms and Conditions.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your booking details, you should do so online or by emailing us, at or calling

Amendments can be made directly to us at, at least 48 hours before your transfer date within hours only.

For booking amendments, we cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible, due to matters such as availability, but we will always attempt to secure your requirement for you.

Refund policy

There will be no cancellation charge if a cancellation is communicated to us 3 days beofre prior to the first transfer and you will receive a full refund. If you canceled your transfer 2 days before first transfer we will refund 50% your money for you. All cancellations received with 1 day before notice or less will incur a 100% cancellation charge. If you cancel your transfer we not refund your money for you. let us know before 3 days they will refund your money for you.

Behaviour

We reserve the right and our employees reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s).
